WEDDING GIFT TRAVEL SERVICE
- After making your honeymoon or overseas wedding reservation, our consultants will arrange to provide you with individual personalised gift cards to pass on to your family and friends when sending out your wedding invitations.
- Contributions to the Wedding Gift Travel Service, can be used towards the cost of your travel arrangements, eg.part payment of your honeymoon/wedding, flight upgrade, room upgrade, private transfers and excursions, these being just a few examples.
- The Wedding Gift Travel Service opens 12 weeks prior to your Wedding Day and you will be informed when any contributions are received from your guests by letter or e-mail.
- Family and Friends can contact us by phone, in person and by e-mail at which time any accompanying message can be noted.
Generally, the honeymoon/wedding booking is payable 9 weeks prior to departure. Any monies already received at this time towards the Wedding Gift Travel Service can be used as part payment, thereafter monies received up to the holiday cost can either be refunded or used for additional options, except foreign currency and travellers cheques. Any residual value above the holiday cost will be refunded.
Contributions will be protected by ATOL or ABTA when exchanged for travel arrangements.
